Survey Description and Objectives

The purpose of this survey is to capture your acceptance for the deliverables of the Data Governance Framework project within the alloted 1 hour time slot.
We will go over the 10 project deliverables and each of you will select:
- Yes: the deliverable was achieved
- No: the deliverable was not achieved or partially achieved
o Add comments (mandatory)

Following completion of the survey, you will have 5 days to sign the document. After that time your signature will be implicit.
