Due to the launch of the Digital Certificate of Entitlement (CE) app and the CE-related suspensions, the Fund is facing a high volume of email and call inquiries, which have caused delays in response to emails and messages and waits longer than usual for those calling the Call Center. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and are actively working on resolving the issue.
If you have queries regarding the Certificate of Entitlement, please check the CE page before contacting the Fund as your question might be answered there. If you have questions about the Digital CE, please check the Digital CE page before calling or emailing.
If you need to know your UID, it is included in all your communications with the Fund since 2015. If you have not communicated with the Fund before, you can retrieve your UID by emailing requestUIDonly@unjspf.org.
If you need assistance with your MSS account, please send an email to MSSSupport@unjspf.org.
Please note that, at the moment, it may also take up to two weeks to receive an answer due to high demand.

You may save some time by finding your answers there.
To contact the UNJSPF by email and ensure proper tracking and a timely response, all pension-related queries should be submitted using the Contact Form on the Contact Us page (https://www.unjspf.org/contact-us/). It may take up to three weeks at the moment for you to receive a reply, so we appreciate your patience. Alternatively, you can also call the Call Center (numbers are available on the Contact Us page as well), but you may have to wait for more than 10 minutes to talk to an agent.
