Attention! Has USPS returned your CE to you?

5 July 2019

To the attention of retirees and beneficiaries:
-The 2019 CE Exercise is underway. All CEs were dispatched at the end of May 2019, and many of you have received them by now. We have already received many of your completed 2019 CE forms. However, we have been alerted by some of you that your duly completed CE form which you sent to the Fund’s PO Box was returned to you by the United States Postal Service (USPS) with a mention that the CE could not be delivered to the address on the letter.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience and the worry this has caused those affected.

Note that this issue is due to an error made by the United States Postal Services (USPS), and not the Fund.  The UNJSPF address on the CE form IS CORRECT.
The Fund has requested USPS to urgently investigate this matter and is currently awaiting feedback as well as confirmation from the USPS that going forward all CE forms received by the USPS will be duly delivered to the Fund, as per the address on the letter.

In the meantime, to be on the safe side, you may wish to send your CE form to the Fund’s physical mailing address in New York or to the Fund’s Geneva office. You can track receipt of your CE by the Fund inside your Member Self Service, under the Proof Documents tab: member-self-service/.
Thank you very much for your kind cooperation.
