UNJSPF participants, retirees and beneficiaries have a new reference page for reaching out to the Fund. The new “Contact Us” webpage was launched on 28 April 2025 to provide a more user-friendly view of the options to reach out to the Fund for queries and requests.

“This enhancement of our website demo our continued commitment to putting our clients’ input and needs at the center and to modernizing our services”, said Rosemarie McClean, Chief Executive of Pension Administration.

Clients can now access not only the online form to email the Fund but also have a clearer view of the Fund’s phone numbers, the in-person options, and how to submit documents electronically, by mail or in person. The “Urgent Assistance” webpage was also incorporated in the new page to ensure clients have clarity about what to do in case of non-receipt of a monthly benefit payment or death of a beneficiary.
