UNJSPF Pension Administration has successfully achieved ISO 22301:2019 certification, an internationally recognized standard for Business Continuity Management (BCM) published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
ISO 22301:2019 business continuity certification means that the Fund has implemented a robust Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to ensure operational resilience and continued service delivery during disruptions. This certification demonstrates a commitment to proactively manage risks, prepare for potential disruptions, and recover quickly from unexpected events.
“This certification is a testament to our commitment to delivering reliable and uninterrupted services to our clients,” said David Penklis, Deputy Chief Executive of Pension Administration. “By adhering to internationally recognized best practices, we strengthen our ability to mitigate risks, respond effectively to challenges, and provide continued services to our internal and external clients.”
Mr. Dino Dell’Accio, Chief Information Officer provided details on the scope of the certification “The Fund’s critical functions of Client Services, Benefit Processing and Payments and Disbursements are included on the ISO 22301:2019 certification. It also covers crisis management, risk management and information technology activities that support these services.”
