UNJSPF clients – including over 200,000 participants, retirees, and beneficiaries – will receive a personalized email sometime between 7 to 14 October containing a link to the Fund’s new online client survey, which will remain open until 31 October 2025. The survey contains a few short questions and will take no more than five minutes to complete. Clients will be able to read it and respond to it in any of the six official languages of the United Nations.
“With the launch of this new survey, we look forward to hearing our clients’ experience with the Fund, whether they have had direct contact with us or simply viewed the UNJSPF website. Their feedback will inform how we improve our services, shape our communications, and design outreach that truly meets their needs”, said Rosemarie McClean, Chief Executive of Pension Administration.
Each client will receive a unique survey link via their primary email address on file with the Fund. The personalized email will come from [email protected] and we encourage clients to look out for it and simply select the link to the survey to be able to complete it.
This is an important opportunity for clients to help shape the future of their Pension Fund. We thank all participants in advance for their valuable input.
