The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) upholds the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct in the administration of pension benefits and the management of Fund’s investments.
UNJSPF has established this reporting web page to provide a confidential mechanism for individuals wishing to report fraud allegations relating to UNJSPF.
Fraud is defined as any act or omission whereby an individual or entity knowingly misrepresents or conceals a material fact in order to obtain an undue benefit or advantage for himself, herself, itself or a third party, or to cause another to act to his or her detriment [ref.: Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Framework of the United Nations Secretariat (ST/IC/2016/25)].
After submitting a report to the above email address, you will receive confirmation and a case number.
Cases involving UNJSPF staff members can be reported using the channels described in the Roadmap published by the UN Ethics Office or to the Office of Internal Oversight Services. OIOS investigates misconduct allegations that involve personnel and entities within the United Nations Secretariat, including field missions and UNJSPF staff.
To support an effective review and where possible, please provide a detailed description of the event that led to the allegation:
UNJSPF protects the confidentiality of those who make reports to it in good faith. Requests for confidentiality by witnesses will be respected to the extent possible; however, witness confidentially may not be absolute. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide as much detail as possible and also consider providing a means to contact you if further information or clarification is needed - for example, a free web-based e-mail address (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail).
