Go Digital: same support, more possibilities

21 October 2026

Many of your pension-related needs can be handled online. From accessing your pension account through Member Self-Service to completing your annual proof of life digitally and exploring educational resources, the Fund offers a range of digital tools designed to make pension interactions simpler and easier to follow.

That is the idea behind Go Digital, a new UNJSPF campaign designed to help participants, retirees and beneficiaries discover and make use of the Fund's digital services.

Manage your pension account online

The Member Self-Service portal (MSS) gives you secure access to your pension account. Depending on whether you are a participant, retiree or beneficiary, you can use MSS to:

  • view and update personal information;
  • access pension documents and forms;
  • submit forms and supporting documents;
  • view information about pension payments;
  • estimate a future pension benefit; and
  • follow certain pension-related processes.

Tutorials and videos are available to help you register, sign in and use the portal.

Find pension information online

The UNJSPF website provides information and educational resources that you can access wherever you are. These include:

These resources can help you better understand your pension and find answers to common questions at your own pace.

Submit your annual proof of life digitally

Retirees and beneficiaries can use the Digital Certificate of Entitlement (DCE) app to submit their annual proof of life digitally.
The DCE app offers an alternative to submitting a paper Certificate of Entitlement form. Online guidance is available to help you download the app, enroll and issue your Digital Certificate of Entitlement.

More digital options, same support

Going digital does not mean digital only. The Fund's digital services give you more ways to access information and complete pension-related actions, while guidance and support remain available if you need them.

Over the coming months, the Go Digital campaign will help you discover what you can do online and how to use these services.
