Update on pension payments into/through Russian banks

Further to our May 18th update, we would like to provide additional details regarding payments to banks into/through Russia. 

As of May 2022 Payroll, USD payments to the following banks have been successful:  Gazprombank, Raiffesisen Bank, Unicredit Bank and Citibank. Payments to Tinkoff Bank and PJSC Rosbank have also been confirmed. 

Payments to banks sanctioned by the US authorities, Sberbank and Alfa Bank, are experiencing significant delays.  Please consider opening a USD bank account with the confirmed banks listed above and submit new Payment Instructions (PF.23 form) to the Fund. If you are enrolled in Member Self-Service (MSS), please upload the completed PF.23 form in MSS. If you are unable to upload it in MSS, you must mail the original form bearing your original ink signature to the address below:
