Mr. William Wilkinson of the United States of America (Western European and other States) is responsible for Operations and Information Systems (D-1) and joined the Office of Investment Management (OIM) of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) in 2017. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s Target Operating Model which is aimed at building an end-to-end infrastructure and business applications capable of supporting the anticipated growth of the Fund over the next five to ten years.
Prior to joining the United Nations, Mr. Wilkinson was the Head of Operations and Technology for TIAA-CREF Asset Management where he was responsible for the support of all client services, investments, risk management, compliance and middle office-related systems and operational activities. Mr. Wilkinson has also held previous leadership roles in Technology & Operations at AIG’s Global Investments Group, Citigroup Asset Management, and UBS AG.
Mr. Wilkinson received a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, an M.B.A. in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University, and a B.S. in Marketing from New York Institute of Technology. In addition, Mr. Wilkinson is a member of the New York Bar Association and a licensed attorney.
