Introducing the new UNJSPF Member Self-Service Portal (MSS)

20 May 2026

We are excited to announce that the Fund’s new Member Self-Service portal (MSS) is now available. This enhancement reflects our commitment to providing clients with secure, accessible, and user-friendly digital solutions.

The improved MSS portal offers a new, user-friendly interface and introduces several new features designed to enhance your experience. Clients can now benefit from smoother navigation and more efficient management of their personal pension information.

Key enhancements include:

  • A modern design with intuitive navigation for easier use.
  • Online submission of benefit election and payment instruction: A new functionality that assists those separating from service with the submission of their pension benefit election and payment instructions, as well as the required supporting documents. It enables separating participants to make informed decisions with confidence and simplifies the benefit election process.
  • New and updated forms: All forms have been redesigned to offer a more modern look and feel, facilitate completion by clients, streamline internal processes, and minimize errors. Each form is accompanied by comprehensive instructions to assist clients in selecting the appropriate form and submitting it accurately. Additionally, certain forms have been divided into two, and some new forms have been introduced. All forms are available in your Member Self-Service portal, pre-completed with your name and UNJSPF Unique ID number, or on the Fund’s website

Other enhancements include:

  • For all members: view additional documents submitted by you or on your behalf to the Fund, including your A/2 form(s) submitted since you joined the Fund.
  • For retirees and beneficiaries: the option to provide more complete contact details, including a telephone number and additional email address, as well as emergency contact details; this option will now also be available to those paid under the two-track system.

Check out the new MSS or sign up if you don’t have an account yet.

If you already have an MSS account but have not logged into the portal since 11 October 2025, please be aware that you will need to re-register and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before you can access the platform. Please re-register here.
